This is sooooo good. I was at first concerned about the fat (7g), but it's mostly from the pecans & flax, which are healthy fats. But it does contribute to the calorie density. I've seen others comment about the calories and the soy oil. I have to limit soy due to thyroid disease, so I just watch my intake. At least Nature's Path uses a better source for their soy, so it's less damaging. As for the calories, this cereal is so dense & filling, I would suggest eating a smaller portion, maybe 2/3rds a cup, instead of 3/4, about an ounce less, which would push it just below 200 kcal or 1/2 cup making it just under 150 kcal. This isn't an every day cereal, but one out of several I eat (I like switching things up), so calories shmalleries! I could eat worse things (like a fried & filled donut w/icing :-O ), at least this is a good source of Omega 3's & fiber.

Very good taste, and plenty of pecans. I will definitely pass it on to my "celiac" buddies. I have tried several gluten free cereals, none were worth a second try...I'll for sure keep this one on my grocery list!!
